So today went really great. At first it rained a lot and I didn’t think we were gonna get to go to the park, but Father cleared the rain and brought lots of people to talk to. We also brought soccer balls and played with the kids. It was fun!

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today was our last day on the field. All I did was yarp walk. It is kinda upsetting to be leaving the field and these people that I have built bonds with already. Hopefully we have planted a seed.

Sunday, July 19th, 2009I played football (soccer) with some kids in the park and pr-ed while playing. Father has given me a desire to study other religions. I walked into a discussion and debate with two muslim guys. I am thankful that father brought some scripture references to my mind and also showed that I need to delve deeper into the word.

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today was our last day to share with others. It went well. We discussed faith with 2 guys around our age. It was a neat conversation. Tomorrow is our free day. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the city and shopping. Love you guys. See y’all Tuesday!

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today was hard because Im extremely tired. Yet, I had a great day yarping for our area and my teammates. I feel like father is calling me to come back next summer as a JSI. Im still in the process of getting assurance that that is what father is wanting me to do and not what I want to do. Im sad that today was our last day but Im missing home! LOVE!

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today we did a lot of pr-walking. It started out as a rainy day but it cleared up and a lot of people came out to the park. We all chipped in and bought a couple soccer balls and used them to play with the little kids at the park.

Saturday, July 18th, 2009Today I feel that father did some amazing things with our trek. One of our guys and some of the JSI’s shared the good news with one of the local groups. A girl from my trek and I spent the whole time plowing, but we’re plowing hard. Our trek members that were sharing with the group said that they could really tell we were plowing and that it really helped. I started to get discouraged because I wasnt making any contacts myself, but then I just became so completely content with the role that I was playing and then we started PRing from the word and that really made a difference. Thank you father! love you guys!
