Today was nice. We got to sleep in a little bit and then we went to the market for food. hen we went to the park and took it easy. Went to another time zone. So for awhile we were 7hrs ahead. I don’t want to think that would be like if it was another 7 hrs we had to get used to . Saw a pretty cool church and some buildings. Shopping and free day is tomorrow. Then we come home of tuesday. We will be leaving the college at 5:45 in the morning here which is almost midnight there. CRAZY!

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today was our second Fun Day at the park. Everything went super smooth - no rain this day. Such a relief. More hours so the kids and families come in more spread out hours than the after school event. The team and Cafe crowd who have been working these all summer have it down to a science now. They just guide us one weekers right throught and it’s a breeze. I think the kids really enjoyed themselves. But of course are exhausted. But happy to have so much time to interact with so may divervse people. I must say looking forward to a slower sunday and off day monday and see you on tuesday!

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today I stood on the meridian. There is a small wooden line that runs through the center of the earth, its not imagineary. I’m planning on going out on the streets tonight to talk to people. Hopefully it goes well. Tomorrow is shopping day! I’m going to the nike store.

Sunday, July 19th, 2009Today was really great. I got to sleep in 2 hours today because my trek went to ch with the people from the cafe. Their service didn’t start until 11 so it was nice to sleep in. After the service we went to a park and i pr walked for a few hours.

Saturday, July 18th, 2009Today was long. The fun day wasn’t so fun for me. I stood and did the same thing for 5 hours. It was a relief when I heard time to pick up. Had some kids give us some trouble which added some interest and excitemnet to the day. Right now it’s a little crazy cause we’re trying to get back to the university in time for supper.
Ironically I’m getting a hard time from my “novels” or my long blogs in other words. It’s a competition between the jsi’s not to get mine to type. It’s entertaining. Trip is going fast. Only 2 more days in London.

Saturday, July 18th, 2009I got to share with 4 more people today at the Fun Day. One little girl, Sarah is coming to ch with my tomorrow. We might go out and talk to people on the streets after our meeting. I also got to talk to Bill somemore today. It was really good.
